PARK BUZZ provides parking management services for events, including but not limited to:
- Online parking spot booking and reservation
- QR code-based entry and exit management
- Real-time parking availability updates
- Payment processing for parking services
- Event organizer dashboard and analytics
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of PARK BUZZ, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent any security measures
- Respect the rights of other users and event organizers
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the service to transmit harmful or malicious content
5. Booking and Payment
Booking Process: Parking spots can be booked through our platform subject to availability. All bookings are subject to confirmation.
Payment Terms: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in the local currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary based on event type, location, and demand.
6. Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds: Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy of the specific event. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive at the designated time may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

13. Payment Terms and Conditions
13.1 Payment Processing
All payments for our services are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy.

13.3 Payment Security

13.4 Pricing and Fees
All prices displayed on our platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Additional processing fees may apply as per Razorpay's terms. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
13.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your booking will not be confirmed. You may retry the payment or contact our support team for assistance. We are not responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred due to failed payment attempts.
13.6 Refunds
Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy. Refund processing times depend on your payment method and bank, typically ranging from 3-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
13.7 Currency and Exchange Rates
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). If you are using an international payment method, exchange rates will be applied by your bank or payment provider.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PARK BUZZ operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
