ParkBuzz – Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how you can cancel or request a refund for parking bookings or services purchased through the ParkBuzz Platform (website or mobile application) using our integrated payment gateway services.

By making a booking or payment on the Platform, you agree to the terms set forth below:




1. Cancellation Timeline

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled parking date or event entry.

  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted if:

    • The parking booking has already been confirmed and your Global Parking Ticket has been generated.

    • You have made an advance payment for a specific event and the event date is within 24 hours.

    • The booking is for time-sensitive or special event parking where cancellation terms are clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.




2. Non-Cancellable Services

Certain services are instant and consumable in nature and cannot be canceled once booked, such as:

  • On-spot parking bookings.

  • Event-specific parking tickets with immediate confirmation.

  • Parking services provided by third-party venue partners with their own cancellation restrictions.




3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Bookings

Refunds will only be considered in cases where:

  • The booking is linked to the wrong vehicle number plate due to a verified system error.

  • The ticket is issued for the wrong event/venue because of a technical fault.

  • The parking service cannot be honored at the venue due to a verified failure in our system or our partner’s system.

In such cases, you must report the issue to customer support within 24 hours, with proof (ticket screenshot, QR code, or booking ID). After verification, ParkBuzz may issue a replacement ticket or refund.




4. Not as Expected

If you feel that the service you received was not as described on the ParkBuzz Platform, you must notify our customer support within 24 hours of using the service. Upon review, ParkBuzz may issue a partial or full refund, at its sole discretion.




5. Third-Party & Venue Partner Services

For valet services, parking equipment, or venue-operated parking covered under separate venue partner terms or warranties, ParkBuzz will not be responsible for cancellations or refunds. Such matters must be taken up directly with the respective service provider or venue management.




6. Refund Process via Payment Gateway

  • If a refund request is approved by ParkBuzz, the refund will be initiated via the same payment gateway used at the time of booking (e.g., Razorpay/Paytm/Stripe).

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet) within 7–10 business days.

  • Actual timelines for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or wallet provider, and ParkBuzz shall not be liable for such delays.

  • ParkBuzz does not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.




7. Transaction Fees & Deductions

  • In cases where cancellations are approved, convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be processed for the net booking amount after deductions, unless otherwise stated.
